So I am 21, I have them on my face and legs since I was about 8. I am really getting tired of covering them up or not being able to wear shorts. I do not have the money for injections or laser surgery. Topical treatments do not work. So I came up with a crazy idea. Syringe and needle! Just stick the vein and draw them out.. Would this be a good idea?

Spider veins and cellulite at a young age?

I am only 21, and I have a lot of cellulite on my bum/legs, and tons of spider veins on the backs of my knee, hip, feet and eyelids. It is a constant thought in my head, a constant disgust when I look in the mirror, and it’s just hopeless to me, even more so because I’m so young and I eat right and exercise. Sometimes I’m even afraid to go to bed, fearing that I’ll wake up with worse spider veins/cellulite. :/ It’s ruining my life.
Am I completely abnormal for having it so early? I feel so ashamed.. it actually makes me nauseated when I look in the mirror. I want to wear a giant cloak to hide my body, even from myself. 
No money to pay for treatments either.
I want to know… is there anyone else here that has spider veins and cellulite at a young age? Especially spider veins.. It’s uncommon for younger people I heard… (

Hello. I have had a problem with facial spider veins and would like to take the natural route in fixing them. I do not have the money for laser treatment or any other kinds of treatment that you would go to a clinic for. I have done a lot of research and found that horse chestnut seed, bilberry extract, butchers broom, gigko biloba, grapeseed extract, gotu kola extract, hawthorne extract, witch hazel, beta-carotene, bioflavanoid complex, rutin, and b vitamins all play a different part in helping to fix and prevent spider veins. Thing is, that is a lot of vitamins with a lot of different roles! I am unsure of which ones will do the job or if I should shoot to try and fix them all into my daily routine. Any advice on my dilemma or a good vitamin regimine I should be on? I would really appreciate it, thank you in advance!!

I have a flat red mark on the side of my nose, im not sure exactly the name for it but it looks ike a little red ‘spider’ up close. I have had this for nearly 10 years now and I hate it. I’ve tryed make-up, even went to the doctors a few years ago and they gave me ‘special’ make-up to try cover it, didn’t work… went back to the doctors recently and they said id have to pay to get it removed. I don’t have money to pay for it, so how can I get rid of it?
I know my nan and my mum have had one aswell, my nan had lazer treatment for hers and my mums just disappeared with the pressure from her glasses touching it, So I thought, would maybe tightly placing a plaster on my nose every night work atall as when I apply pressure to it with my finger it disappears?

Is Asclera (polidocanol) more effective than traditional sclerotherapy for treating spider veins on legs?

Just saw a piece on local news about the FDA’s recent approval of Asclera for the treatment of small spider veins, and was wondering if the results last longer than traditional saline sclerotherapy.
Over the years, I’ve had multiple sessions (as directed) of the traditional saline sclerosing injections. Although the veins may disappear after the appropriate healing time, within 6 months to 1 year, they are back in abundance in the same areas of my legs (back of knees, etc.).
Based on my experience, I’d have to say that the saline solution can temporarily eliminate the vein; however, it’s doing nothing to eradicate the underlying problem that causes the vein to re-appear, so the treatment is worthless.
Will treatment with Asclera give more permanent results, or should I not waste my money?

Have you had intense pulsed light (IPL) procedure?

I have a few red "spider veins" around my nose and in my cheek area. I consulted a dermatologic surgeon, who suggested a series of IPL treatments for the problem. I would like to hear from people who have had this treatment. Was it worth the money? Could you see a big difference? Was it painful? How many treatments did you need before you were satisfied with the results? Thanks so much!

I’ve recently been finding spider veins on the sides of my lower legs. I’m only 20 years old and I am completely embarrassed to wear shorts in public because of them. I know there are surgical procedures and laser treatments that can be done, however I don’t have that kind of money. What’s the cheapest and best way I can get rid of these unsightly veins?

I’m only 18 and taking birth control. I have just started getting more and more spider veins. I don’t have the money for treatment and I just want to know if these small ones are just going to get bigger.

Spider Vein Problem…?

I have a spider vein on the back of my leg. It is a dark blue and purplish color. I have had it since I was 12 and I am now 21. I haven’t been able to wear shorts, skirts, or dresses in public because of it. I plan on getting medical treatment for it when I acquire the money, but I’m not there yet. Are there any products or home remedies that I could use to reduce the appearance of it? I have tried many types of makeup to try and cover it, but it is still very visible. Any ideas, suggestions, etc. would be helpful. Thanks!

I have the worst spider vein ever! What to do?

I have a spider vein on my face just below my eye! Luckily, it’s not that noticeable and only small, but I hate it, I used to cover it up with foundation, but now I just don’t bother, is their anyway of getting rid of it other than laser treatment and injections, and remember, I’m 12, not made of money!
